For up to 50 subpages, setup equals one month’s fee. Beyond that, it scales with your site — the initial audit of a large website is a project in itself: full crawl, media analysis, and declaration preparation across thousands of items. Pay annually and receive two months free.
B2B & Reverse Charge
Provifai is a service exclusively for businesses (B2B); by placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a business (T&Cs § 1). All prices are net: VAT is not charged — tax liability is transferred to the recipient under the reverse charge procedure. You will provide your VAT ID during payment; it will appear on your invoice.
Cancellation & Changes
Cancel monthly, with no hidden notice periods: your subscription ends at the close of the paid period. If your website exceeds your current tier, we will notify you before any price changes — never retroactively. After cancellation, the seal expires; the certificate displays the last verified status with date.
